Visit Colton, New York

Straddling the boundary of the Adirondack Park region, Colton is one of the largest towns geographically in both St. Lawrence County and New York State. With beautiful scenery and a bounty of natural resources, including the Raquette River and its many lakes and surrounding trails, Colton offers all kinds of seasonal adventure for hikers, campers, snowmobilers and families.

Colton is also home to an excellent school and a range of municipal facilities. The town's well-maintained public highways provide access to nearby businesses, shops, and education centers. There is a very clear sense of civic pride here, which makes it even more of a great place to visit, live, work and play.
