Hike Mount Arab
A FAMILY FRIENDLY HIKE WITH GREAT VIEWS
Ready for a short but amazing family hike with awesome views? Even though this trail can be steep at times, Mt. Arab is great for hikers with kids and pets! Park in the dirt roadside lot on Mount Arab Road. The trailhead is immediately across the road from the parking area.

Cranberry Lake Campground
One of the largest remote areas remaining in New York, the
Cranberry Lake area is full of marked trails and ponds. Hiking, swimming, camping and picnicking are ideal activities at Cranberry Lake State Park. Each of the park's campsites has a fireplace and picnic table, with water spigots located nearby.

Lampson Falls Waterfall Hike
EASY ACCESS WITH SOME WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
Walk or hike this popular trail to one of the most impressive waterfalls in the North County! This trail provides relatively easy access to the falls which drop 100 feet into a whirling pool.
Location: The trailhead is on NY-27. Park in the large roadside lot on the west side of NY-27. The trail extends for 0.5 miles along a wide, flat path to the top of the falls. Though unpaved, the first part of the trail accommodates wheelchairs.

Nearby, you’ll find this little gem which offers sleeping cabins with outdoor bathroom facilities and open-air outdoor showers. Guests should book in advance and bring their own drinking water and food but can share a community refrigerator. Each cabin has a charcoal grill. Enjoy the antique mini-golf course, shuffleboard and horseshoes. A wonderful, rustic way to unplug and unwind!
