1. Log in to your membership profile
You can access your membership profile through www.SLCchamber.org via the Membership Login portal
If you do not have membership access, please contact the STLC Chamber at 315-386-4000 to send you an invitation (we will need your business name, business title, business phone number/direct extension, business address, and business email address.)
2. Navigate to the Events Section
On your membership profile home page click the EVENTS button along the header
Within the Events Page select the blue button MANAGE EVENTS
3. Add a New Event and Fill in Your Event Details
Fill out ALL information including URL, contact inform FULL ADDRESS location including street number, township & state.
IMPORTANT:
Please upload all events in third person. As the event is displayed on the Chamber Page "We and Our" gets lost in translation for folks reading the page. Assure the description includes that your business is hosting any events uploaded, etc.
You can also include participation opportunities for volunteers, etc. if needed and you have an unlimited option to hyperlink within the body of the text with whatever you need (partners, featured presenters, Facebook Page, etc.)
4. Add an Image to Display
Add your photo as a MAIN IMAGE
NOTE: If you add a header photo - please assure you upload to the recommended size of 1200 x 225 that is noted during upload. Anything that is less than that size will be downloaded and added to the gallery.
5. Submit Your Event for Approval
Once you've filled out all of your appropriate fields, submit your event for approval.
6. Update Your Event Details As Needed
Continue to update your event details as needed within your dashboard.
